Dr. Kowalski is a highly talented and caring chiropractor. She takes the time to get to know her patients, their specific needs, and develop personalized treatments plans. Dr. Kowalski has been fantastic throughout my chiropractic care. From day one, she's taken the time to really understand what's going on instead of just treating the symptoms. I love that she takes a holistic approach while also being direct about what's causing the issues I've been dealing with and what we need to do to fix them. She has an incredible bedside manner, genuinely listens, and is just an awesome human. Every appointment leaves me feeling like I'm making real progress. Cindy at the front desk is just as great. She always welcomes me with a smile, is incredibly friendly, and makes scheduling appointments quick and easy. She's organized, accommodating, and always a pleasure to work with. I came to the office with upper back pain that had persisted for almost two months. After a month of visits to DuPage Health and Physical Therapy for adjustments, PT and stretching exercises with Doctors Fay and Kowalski, I feel great and all my pain issues are gone. The staff there were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
